SWAN ARCHIVE PROJECT (SAP)

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Our entire club archive of pictures, video and audio throughout the years. This archive will grow and include more 1980's, 1990's, and early 2000's era files. This archive has been commissioned by Philip Tsourlinis and launched on 2 January 2019. The Swans Archive Project (SAP) aims to ensure the history of the Swans both digitally and physically is maintained and available for the public to see.
History of Office Bearers is also below.

2018

The year 2018 was one of the most important years in the Swans history. Oakes Oval became the Swans home ground, the Men's reserves were official and the women's squad went Back to Back and we had two new life members.
We also had some player milestones to celebrate

2017

A year to remember. The inaugural women's league and a premiership win. 2017 was filled with laughter, challenges and unprecedented times.

Committee worked hard to secure more Oakes funding and agreement for Oakes as home ground from 2018.

The famous year. The 27 year drought ended with a Premiership for the ages.

1984

The Swans (then named the Goonellabah/Alstonville Swans) won the inaugural premiership of 1984. Listen to them sing the then club son with gusto.
