New 2022 Men's Coach Confirmed

Congratulations to Tim Whalan on securing the coaching job for the Men's team in 2022.
Timmy who has played over 100 senior games for the Swans, has a wealth of knowledge and will bring an enthusiastic approach to the 2022 season.

McPherson retains Women's Coaching Role for 2022

Ken McPherson who coached the Women's team in 2021 will once again guide our Women in an exciting 2022 season to come.
With the COVID interruptions of the last few seasons causing havoc, McPherson is looking forward to a full season of footy.
"I look forward to continuing what we have learnt in the last 12 months, and growing our game plan and character even bigger for 2022," he said.

Lismore Swans Men's Big Round 1 Win

The Swans Men’s squad recorded a massive 276 points win against newly formed Casino Lions yesterday at Oakes Oval for the Anzac Round game, and inaugural Anzac Shield between the two clubs.
It was the Swans and Lions first game in the NSW North Coast League (Swans were AFLQ prior) with the Swans running away 45-19-289 to 2-1-13 winners, and making some check the record books how this rates in Swannie victory margins (confirmation on this in coming days)...

New Competition for 2021- AFLNSW North Coast

The Swans have competed in the Summerland/Northern Rivers competition in various guises since the competition’s inception in 1984.
Lismore will enter AFLNSW North Coast competition with both Senior Men’s and Women’s teams. 2021 represents the 10 year anniversary of the Swans last Senior Premiership, whilst their Women have been the dominant force in Women’s footy in the Northern Rivers. Both teams will be great additions to this competition.

New Coaches in Town
February 22, 2021
The Swans welcome new coaches for both Men's & Women's teams. Leading the men is Ashley Pritchard who brings a wealth of experience, with his assistant Glenn Burns.
In the women's, Ken McPherson will coach for season 2021 and will focus on improving skills & fitness, with long time Swans assistant Salvatore Scholl.
